Khayrul Wadud


Khayrul graduated in Law LLB (Hons) from Greenwich University in 2008. He went on to successfully complete his Postgraduate Diploma in the Legal Practice Course from the College of Law (Bloomsbury London) 2010.

Khayrul Joined Taj Solicitors in January 2014. Since then he completed his training contract in 2015. He is an assistant solicitor and works with Mr Taj Uddin Shah in our established Immigration department. Khayrul has gained extensive experience in numerous areas of Immigration Law including Human Rights applications, Detention cases preventing client’s removal from the UK, Appeal matters and also preparing Judicial Review applications to challenge Home Office decisions.

Prior to joining Taj Solicitors, Khayrul worked for a small high street firm where he completed part of his training contract. Whilst there he gained experience in Personal Injury Law in particular acting for clients in their claims arising out of road traffic accidents or slip, trip and falls. Khayrul has also dealt with Property Law by way of commercial and residential property matters, including both freehold and leasehold properties.

In his spare time, he is an avid follower of football. He also enjoys playing football and going to the gym to keep fit.
